Contact enquiries

When you send an email or complete a booking via Calendly, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange appointments. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — necessary for pre-contractual steps.

Website analytics

We may use anonymised, aggregated analytics to understand how visitors use the site. No personally identifiable data is stored without your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent via the cookie banner.

Server logs

Our hosting provider automatically records standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamp). We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Email correspondence is retained for up to 3 years. Booking data is managed by Calendly according to their retention policies. You may request deletion at any time.
